    Creating New Worksheets Based off a list of names

    As you can see in the attached, There is a Data tab in the attached that has Department Name/# found in column G. The worksheet named Main Worksheet gets copied for each unique Department Name/# found on the Data tab with the VBA code below. The Create New Sheets button links to this code.

    I have created a tab called Departments. In cells A1-A20 I would like to create a list of Department Name/#s. In the code below, I do not want the Main Worksheet duplicated for unique Department Name/#s unless I have typed them into A1-A20 in the Departments worksheet.

    Please ask any questions if this does not make sense.

    The message in my Post #2 was meant for Moderator 6StringJazzer. I violated a Forum Rule by responding to your Thread while under Moderator Sanction. Sorry for the confusion.

    This statement has me a bit confused
    I do not want the Main Worksheet duplicated for unique Department Name/#s unless I have typed them into A1-A20 in the Departments worksheet
    I infer from that that you may well type Duplicates in Departments Worksheet. Please clarify.

    Sorry that is confusing. I want the Main Worksheet to copy itself for the departments that I put in the Department worksheet in cell A1-A20.

    I don't have a clue where you're going with this, however...

    This Code in the attached seems to do this...
    I want the Main Worksheet to copy itself for the departments that I put in the Department worksheet in cell A1-A2
    However, you don't need to do this...the Code does it...
    for the departments that I put in the Department worksheet in cell A1-A2
    Let me know of issues.
