Automate IE11 - Form in nested frame won't work

I'm using a VBA script in Excel to fill out a form on a nested frame in IE. My script was working well until we upgraded to IE11. Now the vba commands don't appear to be working.

The hierarchy of the frames set is: Web Site --> Frame "_sweclient" --> Frame "_sweview"
(Where "_sweview" is a frame within the frame "_sweclient.")

The form is inside the "_sweview" frame.

With earlier versions of IE I had success with the following code:

I am having problems with all of the other form elements as well. I'm not certain but am guessing that "document.frames" does not work in IE11.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or could you take a look at a similar website and tell me how to access the form? Our own website is proprietary and highly secure. I've found another similar website while researching this problem at http://webcache.gmc-uk.org/gmclrmp_enu/start.swe

Hi. Well it would be great if I could go back to an earlier version of IE - but it's not possible. Our security requires everyone to be on the same software. And I'm certain that it's not a matter of the website owners not wanting it to be automated. The website belongs to our unit that stores documents. We can either fill out requests for documents to be pulled via the internet form - or send a hard copy for each request wherein the clerks at the facility will be forced to type it into the system themselves. The problem is that because of recent retroactive legislation we will be pulling massive amounts of documents for review - I currently have 400 hard copy requests printed out and waiting to send - but would prefer to automate it in order to save everyone the time. I'm sure there are hundreds if not thousands of more requests coming.

Not only that but the searching I've done on the matter suggests that IE-11 requires a different approach to automating. But the methods I've seen suggested on the internet don't work. Honestly its macht nichts to me - I've got all the request data on a spreadhsheet and it could be easier to simply print out the hard copy requests like a form letter. But it would be nice, and I think fiscally responsible, if I could save those clerks a little trouble from needless hours of typing. Still hoping to find an answer.
