do-while loop to average the sum of every seventh number

Can anyone help me with this practice? I have 9 more of these to do, if someone can show me how this get done I can figure the rest of them. I need to use Visual Basic to write this.

Use a do-while loop to average the sum of every seventh number from 3 to a final value the user enters into a texbox (3 + 10 + 17 ...). You will need a counter variable and an accumulator variable.

Ok I have these codes for above problem it works but I don't get the correct average? Please advice.
