Multiple sheets to single .pdf output

Posted elsewhere but no response so posting here....

I am using the following to output a number of sheets to one .pdf file

The output created includes ranges outside of the Print-Area range that has been selected on each sheet in the array.

I though that by selecting the ranges to output and setting the IgnorePrintAreas to FALSE, this would have worked but it doesn't.

    Am I missing something somewhere?

    TIA

Instead of using named range "Print_Area" and selecting it. Try setting PageSetup.PrintArea property.

    You'd set it like...

Re: Multiple sheets to single .pdf output

I realised that the problem is that when multiple sheets are selected (I need to export several into the same .pdf), the print range selected in the 1st sheet is reflected across all selected sheets.

So sheet 1 has a range of B4:P61, sheet 2 is B4:M42 and so on with different ranges for each sheet, so when they are all exported they are exporting the range of the first sheet B4:P61 which is the sheet 1 range.

I have tried just selecting cell A1 in all selected sheets but it literally prints out cell A1 only for all sheets.

When I manually select all the sheets and then File, Export, it exports every sheets print range irresepctive of the range currently selected in any of the sheets.

Right, so instead of selecting individual print area. Use code to set print area of each sheet.

Then select the sheets and export.

You can set individual sheet's print are like below... or use .Address property of range.

    Thanks CK76

I'm positive I tried this approach with no joy, but upon plugging it in again it has worked........

I will continue with this and hopefully there shouldn't be any issues.

Many thanks for your help :o)
