data vertical to horizontal than extract the sheet & save in reference folder

Dear all

Pl needs your help on this, in attached sheet in sheet 1 all data in vertical I want result in sheet 2 like mention, data which is column B to H want in horizontal and numbers in column A repeat mention time, if some column cell is empty than number of column A is not need to repeat….
In sheet 2 data in column C & D is constant it will show like it is in front of all,
At the end data extract to separate workbook by 199 each and save to C:\Users\nabeelak\Desktop\New folder (2) with the sheet name of SECH in excel1997-2003 format…

I really don't understand what you are trying to say.

your code is working almost as per my need, all the file are saving in folder with 199 number in each file,which is correct, it should create almost 13 files which contain 199 numbers each file from all data which is almost 2434 (all this working as per my need)....now issue is this when i run macros,created files are open and all files are saved with VBA which is i do not want (it should macro free file) and after complete running the VBA i am closing the file one by one and it is also not saving in SECH sheet name

i find some issue with below provided code hopefully you will help that when i give first run of code this is working normally but when i changed the data in sheet1 (specially when i reduce data)and run again this code only adding new data at top and other remain same in sheet2, infact i want when i changed data and run the code only given data show previous should be disappear, pl look into
