Macro that filters by date - referenced by cell

Hello - new to the forum, thanks in advance for the assistance.

I've got a workbook with multiple tabs, all having the identical format and layout. I've created a macro to auto filter the table on the worksheet based on a date. Right now, the date is hard coded in the macro and the macro works fine. I'd like to reference a cell from a specific worksheet vs. having the date hard coded. How can I do this? See below for the code I have. I want to reference the date entered in cell B3 from the worksheet titled "Utility".
