An example file with some data and your userform in it would help a lot to give you to the point help.
Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.

i want users can not access to data sheet (sheet3)
when they open the file , by one buttom open the user form and then they can fill the information
OK, but I don't see a userform in your example file, only a couple of shapes that represent a userform.
I can help you with the code but you have to design the userform yourself.
