My question is, how can I navigate the records from Excel and my data is in MS Access?

Hi aarona,
If you open Excel and click on the Data tab, you will see the "Get External Data" group. Click on Access and find the access database table or query. This will display that data in Excel and you will be able to edit it using Excel.

Thanks for your response, but that's not the approach I'm looking for.
What I'm looking for:
I have a certain Form (in excel format) I want that form to navigate the data in MS Access so that I can edit it with the Form.
You can attach Excel to look and edit Access data, by using what I said above.
If you have build a Userform in Excel, you will need VBA to pull in the data that is changed in Excel and therefore in Access.
Look at the old Forms.. Tool in Excel and see if using it, while attached to Access, really does change the Access Data.
