Template - 1 year calendar in Userform

    Hey guys,

What is the simples way to create a 1 - year calendar in a sub-form something like this -> https://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/ (subtle grid model from the quick design option) with the possibility to click on the date. On a Google search there are many calendars that offers the user the view on week / month but i cant arrange the months on 4 months per row (3 rows).

The purpose of this is to display easier some notifications on the entire year. Example : Yellow listed date to know if it's a national holiday ( the dates will be from a worksheet column A, and on click to display the name of the holiday in this example from column B)

Try this for a Staring point
Calendar activated by "Sheet Activate event"
Holidays from sheet2 loaded at activation time.
Selected yellow cells in Calendar to see "Holiday" name and Country"

For Excel, I like John Walkenbachs Calendar
    HTML Code:
For forms, I use a class I took from here
    HTML Code:
Attached is an example of a Date Picker form using this class FYI

I am guessing what you want would be a combination of these two?

Something like that but as MickG provided as template. Also, for calendars i use and like the attached one here, but it's only for 1 month. I'm trying to copy and put it on a whole year.
I will see how to make them using the array feature.
