Keep displaying STOPWATCH even excel sheet gets minimized

Hi,

I need the help .. I want user form ( Timer /stop watch ) to display and work all the time even its excel sheet gets minimized.

I want to see timer all the time. Please help me.

I modified your workbook to do what I think will help you. The timer will remain in view while your excel workbook is minimized, but any program you work in outside of excel will not be able to be maximized or else the timer will be hidden behind it. So with that being said you would just need to keep the timer in view while doing other tasks outside of excel... Hope this helps or gets you on the path to getting what you want...
