How to add new line of data without replacing the old data?

I am new to programming, so please be patient with me.

I am trying to add new line of data by using UserForm. The current code I have allows me to add one new line of data, whenever another line of data is added, it overwrites the the previous data. What code do I add in to ensure data gets added and not overwritten?
