Copy only Columns where Row 21= "X"

I have this code which is great for transposing all data I need from one book to another.
I need to do this same action, but only copy those columns that row 21 has X in it. Any suggestions?

That worked but if I have columns b through z filled and only one has x it will copy all columns. I need something that will only copy any column if that column contains X.
