VBA Code Multiple Selection Drop Down List - Excel 2010!

I have visited the contextures site for data validation, downloaded the spreadsheet, and copied the code. However, I can still only select one choice at a time from a drop down list. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help to achieve multiple selection in same cell with comma separator would be much appreciated! The code I used is below.
