Hello everyone,
Here is my dilemma. I've created a workbook in which I keep accountability of all incoming equipment and keep track of their status. I do have a macro(button), pop up calendar, and VBA code throughout my workbook. Now the workbook needs to be shared so that my employee can just add information into the cell. However, there are two problems.
1
If you notice the attached picture, the error I receive is "Run-time error 1004....Unable to set the Left property of the OLEObject class". I did troubleshoot this and found that if I remove my popup calendar than the error goes away. This is only true if I share the workbook. If I don't share the workbook the error does not show.
2
On the first sheet (Inbound), I have a button with an assigned macro. This inserts a new row with the copied formats (Drop down list on the cells). However, when I share the workbook the button does insert the row but does not copy the format (No Drop down list anymore).
Notes
-Workbook has 1 macro(Button), VBA, and a pop up calendar
-No additional editing necessary on macro/VBA
-Workbook is not restricted or protected
-When shared, the inserted cells does not carry over the drop down list
I am more concern with problem 2. I can always deal without the calendar. Any help will do. By the way, I did not encounter this problem before. It was working, I must of made an accidental change.
