Error 430 OLE Automation

Hello,

I have a problem with Excel file (office 2007).
When I copy my xlsm file to some pc's, I get error 430 when trying to run vba code.
If I remove the reference to 'OLE Automation' and than add it again (the same reference) - the problem is solved.
My VBA code is protected by password and I do not want that my user will perform this actions in VBA environment.

Is there any solution to this bug ?
Can I implement my solution in a different way without using vba (by using regserv32 or different way) ?
