Copy range of cells to other cells based on first cells value

Hello everyone. I am very new to using Excel and VBA, and am in need of some assistance. I would like to have a macro that would do the following for me:
If cell A20 has a value greater than 0, then I want to be able to copy cells A20 through O20 up to A19 through O19. Then, I want it to do the same thing with A21 through O21 if A21 is greater than 0. I would like this to continue all the way down to the row that starts with A26, as long as the value in the A cell is greater than 0. Each row will always copy up to cells A19 through O19. If it gets to one of the A cells that has a value less than or equal to 0, then I want the macro to stop.

I hope I've made sense. Please let me know if I can provide more info.

    Thanks in advance!
