i want to calculate date difference ... in column "C" there comes difference in year , in column "D" it shows month differences and in column "E" it shows days difference of values in column A and B.
if age in years is greater than 16 (value of column C) then in remarks column shows OA and if it is greater than 21 then it shows OA&NE in remarks column.
i need VBA code in sheet1.

You may need to adjust the stats depending on whether you want the start and end dates to be inclusive or not. i.e How are you defining difference?
