images instead of text in dependant drop down list

I have created a form that has 3 dependant drop down lists but i would like to add another that has pictures instead of text and is still dependant on the selection of a previous list...is this possible?
Attached is the file...would like to insert the new column with picture drop down list called 'configuration' between the 'item description' and 'height x width' columns.

Also i'd like the words 'please select' to auto insert in column b when column a is selected then again in columns c, d & e when column b is selected.

Please help!

Thanks, I found that page through google & had a look as its the closest i've found so far but an error keeps coming up & i need it to be a dependant list anyway...i'm not actually sure if this is even possible!
