Userform Query. Vlookup combo box value?

Hi everyone,

Fantastic forum and i've struggled through so far by finding the answers to my queries on the boards.

Simple one for those more au faire with userforms.

I want to select a value from a combo box.

I then want a text box to display a result, based on whatever is in the combo box.

Effectively vlookup the combobox value, and return the value for a specified column in a text box.

My example should make it clear enough.
