Move user textbox details to other excel sheet

Resending this post with complete info....

Need your help.

I have a file which initially opens with the only username and password,
userid (Admin) and password (Kavi) - Both first letter capital.
Once you log in, in the same form - few text box below becomes visible....
Once all the text boxes are filled, I have a command button which says generate report....
with this command, macros opens up a file called "offerletter"
Now the entries made in text boxes should move to the excel file offer letter in the respective cell referrence...
but am held up with few errors... Pl. have look at the attached file..
