How to change sheet tab color based on its condition

    Dear Experts,
I'm truly beginner on spreadsheet, I want to make conditions on sheet tab, the sheet tab background color should turns to red if the data on the sheet is uncompleted, for example see picture below
    uncompleted sheet.jpg

If the data on the sheet is completed, the sheet tab background color should turns to green, for example see picture below
    completed sheet.jpg

I also attach an example file regarding to my question.
Any responds from you would be appreciated.

    Regards,
