Need Macro Button, getting "too complex" error

I am trying to assign a macro I recorded to a button and I am getting the "Formula is too complex to be assigned to object" error. Here is what I am working with: I have a pivot table set up to take data from the "Data" worksheet, and rank it, format it properly etc., I then recorded a macro to copy the results from the pivot table in to the appropriate spot on the "Master" worksheet. I would like to add a button to run the macro instead of using the keyboard shortcut (which works fine). This will be used by a few people and I think hitting a button will be much easier than doing the keyboard shortcuts because in order to complete the entire report, 8 macros will need to ran. So I thought it would be easier to place the macro button next to the appropriate pivot table so they could paste their new data in to the "Data" worksheet, click Refresh All to update the pivot tables, then click the macro button to move the new pivot table data to the appropriate spot on the "Master" worksheet (which is actually the printable report).

It doesn't seem like this should actually be too complex for a button (expecially since using the keyboard shortcut works) but I don't know anything macros or VBA. I saw another post that said the problem could be in the File Folder name but I don't have any symbols in this file folder (or any folder above it).

Am I doing something wrong or is it actually too much for a button to handle?

Thank you in advance for your help!
