Excel userform- prompt password to access sheet 3

Currently sheet 1 & 2 are hidden. Sheet 3 is visible behind the UserForm. Before restricting all users from viewing sheet 3, I need a password to allow access to sheet 3 for one user. The current code to do so does not work. This code does state to hide sheet 3 so I may to unhide either sheet 1 or 2 to make this work, please provide help!

    How do we test?

Are you making Excel visible at any point?
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

The attachment only has sheet 1 & 2 hidden. If you need those two sheets unhidden, please advise and will I send an adjusted workbook. Sheet 3 I need to have accessed with a password. That password would be shared by two people. If this other person does Alt-F11 he will find the code locked and only I have the password to the code. This current workbook, the code is not locked.

No, I was asking how/where I enter the password.

Re: Excel userform- prompt password to access sheet 3

Sorry, I would need a password (for lack of a better word text box) to show upon loading the userform. If the password is correct the user can proceed to sheet 3 or use the userform, if not they will stay at the user form and proceed with their data entry not being able to ever see sheet 3. They would then click the provided EXIT button and that takes them out of the program. What I have so far isn't getting the job done as far as the password on the userform. THANK YOU!

When I open the workbook all I see is the form.

If I press Exit Program or Cancel the form closes and Excel is left running, but invisible, in the background.

Re: Excel userform- prompt password to access sheet 3

For testing purposes I have the macro setting " disable all macros with notication". So I(same workbook you are viewing) see the spreadsheet at the start up and then I press options to enable this content and that takes me to the userform. Before I can reset to "enable all macros" I need to have a password load with the userform. If there is not password and I reset the "enable all macros" I can't get to any sheets or the code. Once this procedure is in place, I can enable all macros. The users will click the desktop short that is working fine and the user form will load with a request password waiting for them. Now when I press the EXIT button it completly leaves Excel which is what I want it to do.
