Duplication removal in cells!!!

Hi guys,
I have a excel sheet with Names of few employees and their skills based on the different platforms as in the sheet "Words".
My requirement is
1.) the skills in some cells are starting with comma say cell B4.I want to remove it for all the values which is starting with comma.
2.) In some cells the values are repeated ( there is duplication) example cell B16 i.e ASP.net and Silverlight are repeated twice.I want to remove these duplication also.
Can anyone please help on this using a VBA program.As there are lot of rows.

This does the first part. For the second part, the duplicates are not exact match.
