Drop down box not working taking from web

sir i am uploading a file in drop box

sir in the file if you see the drop down box on cell "D7"
is not working
the contant in the drop down box is taking from the web site
even i have explained in the excel sheet with step by step

as the expiry date in the drop down box will change month on month
as one contract will expire and one will add every month

if still drop down box wont work provide with manully entry of the expire date
so at atleast my work wont stop

please help

The D7 Validation reference range getting broken since the cell/range referred it getting deleted. You just check where the code gets the expiry dates and refer it in the validation source.
