Hi All,
I was wondering if it is possible to save and send an excel book to an established stationary in lotus notes upon save, instead of just 'save and send' using the 'send using email' button? That would save me a ton of time everyday.
Thanks

Not quite sure of what you mean. You can send a pre-developed lotus notes email from excel. Can you explain what you mean by Stationary.
John,
We are are looking for a one-click solution to to send our sheet to a saved stationary in Lotus Notes (an email template that contains our group mailing list and pre written body). This is a very repetitive task for our group every day and would save us quite a bit of time.
Thanks!
Here is a code I use to send a standard Lotus Note email to several different recipients. Take a look at it. Maybe you can modify it for your purposes. The recipients are in an Array - you place your mailing list there. The body can adjusted for your purposes. Hope that helps.

John,
Have you had any issue with the signature appearing before the body?
Here is what we have so far:

No. I've never had that problem. I seen you're other thread. However, I might mention one of my co-workers was using the same macro and he can't get his signature block either. That problem started when he went into Lotus Notes and modified/added some things like graphics too his signature block.
Thanks John, looks like my letterhead is gone too, this whole thing is quite wacky lol.
