Populate the range of data in Userform by clicking on cell value which is related

Hi Friends,

I have a query regards to populate the range of data in popup box..

I have an excel sheet having two sheet. In sheet1 i have the data showing how many people are there in particular department.. In sheet2 i show the count of the people in particular department.. Now i want to do is when click on count of people in particular department value, user should get the pop up showing how many people are there in particular department.. For Example:

Sheet 1
A - IT
B - Finance
C - IT
------------------------------------------------------
Sheet 2
IT - 2

When user click on 2 in Sheet 2 he should get the data range like this in popup box: (Below)

A - IT
C - IT
