    saving custom macros & toolbars

In MS Excel, I can save and recall my macros / templates and custom toolbars
using "Book.xlt" and "Exel10.xlb" respectively. I can then use these if I
    have to reload MS Office.
What are the equivalent files in Outlook, for templates & toolbars.
