Unhappy Is there any limit on command length ?

When I write a command, it is showing error.
I wrote the command as below, for ex.
    IF(OR(ISBLANK(A86),NOT(ISERROR(FIND("bmw",A86)))),"","set address "&MID(A86,13,5)&CHAR(10)&CHAR(13)&" momentum &..............................)

I copied the text from NOTEPAD and pasted in EXCEL Cell.
After that I press "ENTER", it showd some error and when I say "OK", it
selecting MID function. The function format is perfect.

    I have few queries here.
    1. Is there any limit on no.of chars on a COMMAND ?
    2. Is there any restriction on no.of "IF" to be used ?
    3. Or limitation on Nested IFs ?
    4. Is there any limitation on using same function (Ex. MID) using N no.of times ?

    Please do help me...
THanks in advance to be out of .
