list box fill range to be taken from dynamic column heading match

    Hello,

I have 2 listboxes, one is population with column headings, then other will list the items under the selected heading

so if I have Bears column (range a1:A100) how can I get it so that if I select "Bears" in the first list box, the second listbox will look for a match in a specified row (row 1 = headings) and return the options from rows 2-100 in that matched column? So that the 2nd listbox rowsource = a2-a100.

(but based on matching and the columns may change around and I don't want to hard-code column references)

Sorry, I don't think I'm being very clear. I have an alternative idea about how to acheive what I am saying. I will make a new posting and put a link in the thread to the new one
