I am working in Excel with a worksheet being used as a Log (1st Document). There is a hyperlink for a specific file to be opened when clicked on (2nd Document(s)- new documents created for each line in the log). Other columns in this log (1st) contain the data that is in the file being opened(2nd), however it is manually entered at this time. We are trying to simplify the process to eliminate the manual data entry from each individual file. The file name will change when a new NMR is created. How can I link this information?
