Hello,
I have a form that users will fill in, and I need to print a set number of labels (all identical) based on the info that is entered.
I have the form set up with data validation and indirect references(Lists on a separate sheet)
Example...
User enters in:
Customer name
Product name
Lot #
PO#
Date made
Number of items
From there I have a separate set of cells that reference the above info formated to how I want the label to appear when printed.
Now, I need to repeat that label the set number of times (# entered in as "number if items") in a label sort of format (not sure if a mail merge will work for this??)
Then, print off and stick identical labels onto each part that is manufactured per PO/Date etc.
Any thoughts on how I can do this without copy pasting 50+ times?
Thanks for the help!
Can you attach an example workbook?
Hope that helps.

I tried to attach my sample workbook under "manage attachments" but it will not let me. It says "error - invalid file" It is a .xls file. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
Let me know and I'll get it posted.
Thanks again.
Ok- zipping the file made it able to attach. Here is the attachment.
Thanks again!
What file type is it?
Hope that helps.

I zipped a .xls file (on a mac). I am able to open the link here and it appears as an Excel file - I am having the same problem with my other post as well. The moderator says it opens as a text document, and thought it may have to do with my being on a Mac. I am not sure at all, I am new to using a Mac.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jen
Is no one able to see my attachment? I am still in need of help with this one. The zipped file opens as an Excel on my end when I open it from the forum.
I would like to figure out a way to repeat my x-amount of identical labels if it is possible to do.
Thank you.
This all seems quite doable, but your files are not readable. Sorry.
