    Pivot chart reports using VLOOKUP

1 Need to create a report showing how many participants per region, per state and how much money calculated per region and per state

2 Course 1, Course 2, Course 3 will be in separate sheets but will be updated everyday as new partcipants join

3 I am thinking it can be created using Pivot table. Also, is there a way to copy this data in Google docs and keep the data updated

4 How can I make this report available to people who do not use Pivot charts or have any idea about data manipulation.

5 How do I populate the master list with dynamic data from Course 1, Course 2 and Course 3

I have attached a sample file.

    Thanks.
