I am very new to using macros and I have tried to do this for a while now. Can some one help.
I am looking for a macro that will
-Open a new email
-Copy and paste data from (below) into the body
-C13 through F18
-C24 through F36
-AF24 through AK36
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ron De Bruin has the code and details on how to do this on his site. There are 2 ways to send emails in VBA: SendMail which uses the default email program, and Outlook.
