Hello Everyone,
I am in desperate need of help! My work requires me to constantly update calendar events that revolve around a few dates which always changes (#vent 1 happens 21 days before date#1, Event 2 hapens 14 days after date#1, Event 3 happens 21 days before date#3, etc). People here like to visually see the dates plotted on a calendar on excel and the problem is that for any project, we could have upto 50 events and I work on something like 40 projects at a time and they CONSTANTLY CHANGE THE KEY DATES! so i end up spending several hours manually updating the calendar. I would like to be set up a 12 month at a glance calendar on one sheet and have date in the other where i can just input the formula (since that part is static) and then just change the key dates and all will update and post onto the calendar. I've seen something similar on the post - but not quite what i need. I've attached 2 files for reference. I hope someone can help. Thank you all in advance for your help.
Hello briancuasito,
Have you considered using Outlook instead of Excel? It has far better capability for scheduling and doesn't require you to write code for the calendar.
Sincerely,
Leith Ross
