Form picture to zoom-in on mouse over

I'm not sure if i've dreamt this or read it somewhere and if i have read i can't remember for the life of me where so hopefully you guys can answer my question?

I have a picture on a form of mine and what i want is when the user hovers over the picture, the image zooms in by x percent.
