Thread: How to display a window at Excel Startup

Hi all,

Would anyone be able to tell me how to display a promp at an excel workbook startup so that users agree to the terms and conditions?

A simple userform would do it.
One textbox (where the aggreemnent terms go), And two buttons (accept & dont accept.
IF they dont ok it will close the workbook.

See alternative example that I have been using. Has one additional feature in which the user must make an entry in the checkbox in order to "enable" the continue button.
