Hows it going all. I'm willing to hire someone to help me do this.

Basically, I need a program/macro/etc that will:
  1. parse all XLS files in a directory
  2. apply my XSD (XML schema)
  3. map the cells
  4. generate the XML programatically either 1:1 xls->xml or n:1 xls->xml (or both)

I know how to do it manually, but I'm dealing with less than qualified people in a foreign country that is not familiar with XLS and are not process oriented and can't follow simple directions.

I am not sure how many files exist (yet). If someone can knock this out in 24hrs, you're a godsend.

I need the XML to be imported into a Database. Yes I know I can query Excel from ASP (Classic!), but I'm not trusting the data.

If there is a macro where I can go straight from Excel to Access, I'd love to see that too!

I will start searching the forum for some insight.
