    Exclamation Merging

    Columns of table are:
    Refno/surname/forename/department/sunday/monday/tuesday/wednesday/thursday/friday/saturday.

Each row has refno/surname/forname and department with entrys in them. And one of the columns from sunday ---> saturday with hours noted.

I have created a macro to get them in this form and now need the last step to merge them.

Please view screen shot to see a detailed description.

i would like to merge them to rows with the same refno/suranme and forname. THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT SHOULD ALL BE PLACED IN ONE CELL.

    Re: Merging

When you say "Yellow to be changed to below grey"....do you mean that? OR did you mean the yellow should be left there and the grey should be added below the yellow like your example sheet?

Yes, please, do post a sample worksheet.
