Thread: Create a simple graphical image from excel input

I am working on a program that creates a materials list for a brick wall. The user inputs the outer dimensions and the position and size of openings of the wall. I then want to automaticaly create a picture of the wall, from these dimensions, that shows the position of all the bricks in the wall and is to scale. Are there any ways/programs to do this? What is the best way to solve this problem? Any info/help would be appreciated.

AutoCAD is designed for this kind of problem.
