I have a usage sheet with 5 columns. First column contains a unique number, 2nd contains a Name, 3, 4, 5 are goals, target, progress resp. These 3 columns shows how many time the user has visited the page (ie goal, target, progress page). this may be one or empty. There are multiple entries for each name and code. pls see the attached sheet. I need to take the count of goals, target, progress for each code. How many non empty cells are there under column 3, 4, 5 for each code in column 1.
Please see the attached sheet. in short, If i give a sheet with table A, i should get another sheet with table B.
I have a huge amount of data and manual processing will not be possible. Please help immediately.
Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for this help... It is very simple and easy one. But only one thing, this macro gives the Sum of the goals, progress and target. I would like to get the count. no need to sum up. I am just trying to modify that macro but not sure whether it will lead too success or not. I am an absolute beginner in VBA.Thank you.

Hello ravi, I tried this and works with my sheet perfectly. But when I use the same macro for a sheet with 6 columns it is not working properly.. I tried to make modifications but without success. Now my xcel sheet has one more column after the fifth one and it is for 'learning'. Now column 1 code, 2 name, 3,4,5 are goal, target, progress and new column 6 for learning. Can you help me plsss... Sorry but i dont know anything in macro...
Anyone pls help on this......

Try the new macro
Ravi
Hi ravi,
that works with 4 columns, but the thing is that it is not giving the unique code and name in the output table but just gives the copy of the 1st and second. The counting part is ok i think ....
