Retriewing data from excel sheet to dropdownbox

    Dear Sir,

I am having sales information of particular company in excel from from Apr -09 to Dec - 09. This excel file consist of 2 sheets.

    In sheet13, contains 3 sections
    • Total Sales
    • Customer Sales
    • Product Sales

In Total Sales, executive has to select "From Date" to "To Date", which has dropdownbox for both. Month to retrieved from Sheet1 variable Act Del Dt. Once Press submit button, then it has display the data in 3 variables. "Month","Delivered Tonnes","Delivery Amount". Which were the total Sum for each month. This should be retriew from "Dlv Ton" & "Delv Amnt INR" in Sheet1.

I had tried to keep DropDownBox, it is not show unique month as it shows in Data filter after applying DataFilter to column

In Customer Sales, almost every thing same. Here, we have to select customer name in addition to From date and To Date. This has to display only customers sales information according to dates. Customer Information should retrieved from Customer cell from Sheet1.

I can to do the 3rd module, by seeing above modules.

View the excel document: (Instructions were there in Sheet13)

    Hi,

It's not exactly clear whether your date selection is just for a month (or months), or from a specified date to another specified date. In the attached I've assumed the former.

I've added the formulae to the Total Sales area and hopefully you can apply the same logic to the other two.
