Macro for copying columns, rows, creating sheets, by criteria

I have a manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) that is (for me) complex and big in that this data needs to be viewed and printed. The main sheet is put together in a "normalized form" for the main a bill and sub bills. Since this needs to be viewed and printed, although great for organization and filtering, it is not good for these two tasks. I would like to create a macro or something that can take a workbook in this form and extract specific columns based on criteria and place them in a new sheet in the workbook.

For example there is the entire BOM...flattened, showing all components in the production kit. this is then broken down into main bags...A,B,C,etc., those are then broken down again into sub bags A1,A2,A3 etc. where the number of sub bags is not the same for all main bags. The end goal would be to create a worksheet with the same name as the sub bag heading and place into it the "TT number", "Descriptions", and quantity listed under the sub bag heading, and any other columns as needs change. I would like to do this dynamically so that no data has to be entered onto the new sheets, this way if I add a sub bag...say M12, a new sheet will be automatically created, in order, with the contents of bag M12 properly fomatted

Then printing and viewing all of the sub bags would be simple as printing the workbook. Any ideas how I would go about starting down this road? I've attached the workbook and created the first few sheets by hand to show how I would want this to look.

I know this is not a simply stated question but it is what I need to do in the end. If there is something that needs clarification please let me know and I will add more info. Thanks for your help on this!
