Print issue with sheets and different column widths

I have been printing certain sheets in this project with no issues, the columns have been setup to certain widths and when printed separately, they print just fine... until the new requirement.

New requirement, print sheet A followed by sheet B in one print job.

I tried to perform this by creating a new sheet called "Print Sheet" then copying sheet A at the top followed by sheet B below it. ISSUE: sheet A has 5 columns and sheet B has 6 columns.... when I print them it prints 4 pages vs 2, it prints 4 because of the 6th column in sheet B that spills over.

Is there a way, other than reformatting the sheets (since the data is different and specifically formatted for each sheet) that I can somehow ignore the column widths and paste the 2 sheets into the new "Print Sheet" without affecting the column widths?????

BTW: I thought of creating a WORD doc and performing cut & pastes' of the sheet objects, then printing that, but I really don't want to introduce WORD into the equation at this point.

    Thanks,

Have you set the PRINT AREA on each page to the proper column widths and set the PAGE SETUP for each page to print 1 page wide?

Afterwards, you can select both sheet tabs and then select Print > Selected Sheets and both will print in a single print job.

Re: Print issue with sheets and different column widths

Using Excel 2003 - I was able to reproduce and preview correctly, but not print. Print only printed out the first page.

Not sure if I mentioned this - but I'll need to do this using VBA code since I put up a dialog to allow the user to select a printer. I'm using PDFCreator so that I'm not cutting down trees.....

Thanks for the suggestion, I think by recording some macros and looking at how I currently print/preview the pages, I'll get it (maybe)....
