Hi there i am hoping someone can help me i"m trying to change the color of one cell if the color in another cell changes. Is there anyway to do this without using VB?

Assuming you are using Conditional Formatting to change color of the first cell, then use Conditional Formatting on the second cell and set the conditional format to act on the same conditions that cause the first cell to change color. No VBA required.
