How to get updated excel sheet data

    Hi Guys,

I want to send excel sheet via email to all my staff members to write their latest address.
Are there any possibilities to get the latest address to my copy once they have entered in the excl sheet?

    Hi naflas
    1. How many staff members we talking about?
    2. What does "your copy" look like
    3. What does the file you're sending to staff look like
    4. What's the key between the two files.

    Hi naflas

What is the attached file? Is it your file, the Staff file or are they both the same?

    You say
    Staff can change/enter any data
Can they change their name? Is Name the key between the files?

How many staff are we talking about?

Re: How to get updated excel sheet data

    Hi naflas

I've attached four files. File "Your Book" is your copy of the file and the procedure runs from here.

The other files "Apple, Banana and Peach" are files that you would receive from staff. These files look exactly like "Your Book" but are assumed to be Macro free. They can be named anything you like as long as the names are different.

It is assumed that all four files reside in the same folder and that no other Excel (.xls) files are in the folder. It is assumed that all relevant data exists in Sheet1 of each workbook.

Try it and let me know of issues.
