Macro that Deletes Orders previosly uploaded.

I need help. I'm trying to create a Macro that will automatically update and fill in Ship Qty on all orders that have not been shipped before. This is where the problem is. I would like to create something that remembers the last orders that you uploaded using this macro. Example: Our Accounting Software Creates a Flat File of each open line item for every open order. Lets say I have already transmitted the Ship Qty to my Warehouse ("uploaded it") for all 200 open orders. The next day we enter 20 new orders and I generate a new Flat file, I would like the Macro to know what the line item have been previously uploaded and Just select the new line items and delete things that have already been uploaded in the past. I think I can accomplish this by the macro coping all files it uploads to another workbook and if it finds those lines on the new worksheet then it would remove them from the current flat file and all that would remain would be new Orders. Is this possible. I keep running into errors when I try to accomplish this. Please Help. Attached is my Flat file if it helps make sense of what I'm trying to achieve.

    Hi Kenekio

I should think this is possible
create a Macro that will automatically update and fill in Ship Qty on all orders that have not been shipped before
What do you have that tells us
I would like the Macro to know what the line item have been previously uploaded
I'd think you could extract this information from your data base then a comparison could be made.

See what information you can extract from your database to answer the "previously uploaded" question then perhaps we can help.
