Hi there,
This may seem like such a simple problem but it's bugging me no end.
I'm copying text from a downloaded report via the internet, I then paste this text in to a v lookup formatted spreadsheet that give me amounts based on the original spreadsheet.
All is fine up until the paste part where the text that comes through is all clunky and the wrong size and font. I have tried selecting the whole spreadsheet and formatting the text but the copied text still appears the same as from the spreadsheet when copied across.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS. I prefer to just copy and paste and not have to paste special if it's avoidable

Is using paste special not far easier than messing about reformatting the range?
