Thread: Add custom template to existing files

Hi,

Does anyone has a idea how to apply the custom template to existing files. As i know, there is no way to apply an Excel template that has been setup without the template.

Can it be done using VBA?

I'm not sure exactly what you want done here... You want an existing file to reference the macros in a template form.. or you want an existing file to reset itself and display the attached template? If you're looking for a way to update macros to files based off a template, there's a much easier method than trying to force an attached template (especially considering that using the attached template method typically requires signature verified files).

I need to transfer the existing files from Excel 03 to Excel 07 with a custom template.
