Hi all,
I have created a staff planning worksheet that contains locked prepopulated info and some cells that require user input on one sheet. The prepop fields are Position Number, Grade, Position Title, Vacant, Filled, and Planned Status requires user input.
I would like to create a second spreadsheet titled "Vacant & New Positions" that will autopopulate all the vacant positions from the first one, as locked cells, and then create space for the user to input new positions.
Is this possible or am I being overly-ambitious?

It's possible but it would probably require VBA.
You should post a sample workbook with some typical data and indicate what you need to see as the output.

A sample is attached, I hope it makes sense.
Intial input is to be made on the sheet titled "Organisational Structure Review". What's on the subsequent sheets is pasted on, I would like to automate it please.
